These courts shall also have the exclusive jurisdiction to grant interim or preliminary relief in the event that any dispute is referred to arbitration as specified below. The laws of the Republic of India shall govern and be interpreted with regard to any such issues and questions. But as pay-to-play online gaming formats are illegal in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, we are unable to provide our services there.

Seeking equitable or injunctive relief does not absolve Fantasywarriors of its right to pursue any other monetary damages remedy through the arbitration process outlined above.
